We purchased our first home and we're lucky enough to find Eugene. The company name matches his work ethic. He took a full 3 hours and went over every crook and cranny. Not only did he thoroughly check everything, he was also very honest about the types of inspection we needed. He could have easily charged us for additional inspections like the 4-point we requested, but he said that is generally for older houses and not needed for new construction. Received a detailed report on anything that needed fixing. He is an honest, hard working man that isn't money hungry. Any inspection required I will go through this company. 5/5.

How long does a typical home inspection take?

Most single‑family homes take 2–3 hours. Larger or older properties, or those needing add‑on services (4‑Point, Wind Mitigation, Sewer Scope, etc.), may require additional time.

Do you inspect to local building codes?

A home inspection is not a code‑compliance inspection. We note material defects and safety concerns; county building officials remain the authority on code.
